Excellent Service I had a nice experience at Reilly Auto Repair in Holly Hill. The facility was impeccably clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They kept me updated throughout the entire service while I waited, which I really appreciated. The pricing was also very fair and reasonable. Excellent customer service, honest pricing, and a great overall experience—I highly recommend Reilly Auto Repair.

They are a great company and truly care about their customers and finding them the best ways to keep their cars running at reasonable prices. Mike was the one that help us from check in to when we pickup our car and he was phenomenal in helping us get it back up and working. Truly a great company, would recommend to all of my family/friends!

I had an excellent first experience at Reilly's. Paul Jr. welcomed me, showed me around and I was treated very well and charged a minimal amount for the work performed. However, the second time I went, they would not give me a quote over the phone so I had to spend an hour to go in for an estimate which turned out to be ridiculously high and could have easily been provided over the phone. Higher than the dealership. I provided the dealership quote and was asked to come back in to discuss to see if we could negotiate a better deal. Seriously? It felt like a slimy used car salesman approach. I really wanted to like Reilly because of my first experience but ended up going to the dealer who was $500 less and provided a surprisingly wonderful experience.

I cannot say enough good things about the experience I had at Reilly. It was the day before the 4th holiday and I discovered a slow leak in one of my tires. I went to where I recently bought the tires and was told it would be days before they could plug it and could only offer to add air; seriously! I went to Reilly's and 10 minutes later without any charge my tire was plugged and fixed. Reilly will be my repair shop moving forward! Many thanks for your friendly and prompt service! Happy 4th.

I am super glad I finally got the opportunity to bring my vehicle in for a service. I have had service plans that covered my oil changes and such for quite some time. The time finally came to have to pay again and I already knew where I wanted to go. I have known Paul & Sami for several years and had the opportunity to have them be a vendor at an event celebrating the gym I worked at a few years ago. The professionalism from everyone since then has always been on my mind. I have not forgotten how great they were to work with then and absolutely had to return the favor of supporting their business now. Mike is so good and super helpful. From when I called in to the time I was finished and getting my keys back, my man kept full transparency and let me make the decision of what I wanted to do as far as recommendations without any pressure at all. When I declined and asked for the quote to consider, there was no forceful push back at all. Simply explained, provided and a hand shake. I was in and out within an hour. I am very thankful that we have honest people that still exist, ESPECIALLY in the automotive industry. I sincerely appreciate the experience and HIGHLY recommend them for al
